This beautiful riverside estate nestled in the heart of City covers all most 42,500 sq metres, which is the size of nearly eight football pitches.

St. Katharine Docks is a fantastic location for visitors from around the world. It's perfect for a great family day out – bring your kids to watch boats arriving via our historic lock bridge, enjoy a special meal in one of our many restaurants or just a lovely riverside walk close to famous London landmarks.
On site we have a large range of office accommodation which can be found in International House, Commodity Quay and Devon House; as well as some unique units available in Marble Quay and the Grade II listed Ivory House.
St. Katharine Docks is also home to a large number of private residences, all with stunning views overlooking the luxury yachts in the marina.
