Happy Birthday St. Katharine Docks

The 25th of October marks the 182nd Birthday of the opening of the St. Katharine Docks we all know and love. 

Thomas Telford's vision, almost identical today, was opened to great acclaim by all of London's heads of commerce and politicians, and went on to be one of the focal areas of industry in 19th and 20th century Britain.
