Yoga

Weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing skin, a peaceful mind and good health - the numerous benefits of yoga are undeniable.

For the past few months, the wonderful Jenna Moore has been hosting weekly Yoga lessons here on our Floating Pontoon. Jenna's classes are taking a short break until mid-August, but she will be back with a weekly class from then.

Jenna is an experienced and fully trained Ashtanga Vinyasa and advanced Rocket 300 RYT Yoga Teacher from London. Jenna’s classes are suitable for anybody, whether you are brand new to yoga, or have been practicing for many years.

 
Classes cost £10 per session, and numbers are strictly limited so pre-booking is advised.

Our lovely friends at Vita Coco will also provide you with a complimentary Coconut Water every lesson, to keep you hydrated.
