Terms & conditions

 

This prize draw is open to all estate agents resident in the UK, excluding all employees of MPG St Katherine 2 LP (the “Promoter”) and its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Follow @SKDSanta on Twitter or stkatsdocks on Instagram or refer to the emails sent in relation to the competition to enter the weekly prize draw by posting a photo on Twitter or Instagram of the follower at St Katharine’s Docks, London wearing the Santa hat provided for the purposes of the competition. The competition will run on the basis of four weekly prize draws.

Entry is restricted to one per agent for each individual weekly draw of the competition. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner of each draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date of that individual draw.

The usernames of those Twitter followers who are eligible for entry into each prize draw as at midnight on the final day (as set out below) of each individual week that the competition runs will be entered into such prize draw.

The winner of each draw will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of such prize draw and will be informed when and where the prize can be collected. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within those 14 days or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The prizes for each individual weekly draw are as follows:

  1. Week 1 (21 to 25 November) – £2,000 clothes and accessories voucher redeemable at MUSTO
  2. Week 2 (28 November to 2 December) – Fully paid entry to the Traders Wine Bar Tasting Evening, for a maximum of 8 people aged 18 and over (up to a value of £1,000)
  3. Week 3 (5 to 9 December) – Dinner and drinks at Bravas Tapas for a maximum of 8 people (up to a value of £1,000)
  4. Week 4 (12 to 16 December) – Dinner and drinks at Emilia’s Crafted Pasta for a maximum of 8 people (up to a value of £1,000)

 

Each prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives.

The winner of each draw agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.

Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of MPG St Katherine 2 LP and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

The Promoter is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the competition and the individual prize draws. All other facilities and services connected with the provision of the prizes are the responsibility of the entity providing the prize for each individual draw.
