A landmark in regeneration
This regeneration project will be made possible by a proposed £118 million investment to provide high quality offices, shops, restaurants as well as significant public space enhancements.
 
The architectural heritage of St Katharine Docks will be respectfully preserved, using carefully sourced materials; while architecturally poor buildings will be re-developed and transformed. The result will be a balance between old and new.
