This September, get on the water with two new classes available at the Docks, Learn to SUP and SUP Yoga.

Both classes will be run by the fantastic team from Paddleboarding London. The classes will be small, and are ideal for beginners looking to learn a new skill, or find a new hobby.


Learn to SUP 

This one hour intro session starts with lots of land based training and a gentle transition onto the boards.  You’ll spend time practicing standing and coming back onto your knees as well as steering and what to do if you’re feeling unsteady then finish off with a nice tour around the Docks.  This class is great for: first timers, those looking to get back on a board or see the Docks from a different perspective.

Learn to SUP classes will take place:

  • Wednesday 11th September, 6pm
  • Saturday 21st September, 11am
  • Tuesday 24th September, 1pm


SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is a challenging but accessible class that redefines the meaning of flow yoga. You’ll move mindfully, learning about balance and stability in a way that is only possible on a paddleboard.  Best for: Adventure yogis; newbies welcome.  

SUP Yoga classes will take place:

  • Wednesday 11th September, 7pm
  • Saturday 21st September, 10am
  • Tuesday 24th September, 12pm



We will finish SUPtember with a Sunset Paddle and Prosecco evening on Friday 27th September, from 6:30pm.
