It takes a lot to be honest. We make our burgers from scratch in our own butchery. It’s not the easiest way but it means we can serve our burgers pink, so they eat more like a steak. We buy the best British potatoes from local farmers then double-cooked and rosemary salted. Always fresh, never frozen.

Coffee is at the heart of Urban Baristas. We are passionate about serving people that taste of Aussie beach culture in a cup. Everything we do leads back to our story of love for coffee and Aussie life.

Serving delicious breakfasts and lunches including paninis, wraps, jacket potatoes and salads, the St. Katharine Docks Café is a popular haunt with locals and tourists alike.

From winning ‘Best Coffee Shop’ in the Coffee Stops Awards 2014 through to regularly featuring in London’s Best Coffee guides, White Mulberries enjoys a reputation for great coffee and some of the best sandwiches and cakes in the capital.

Café Rouge specialities include a range of French classics, from croques and baguettes to more substantial meals such as steak frites and bœuf bourguignon. Likewise, the wines are all French, many from lesser-known regional producers.
