‘In Sight of Shore’ rowing expedition arrives at the Docks

On 18th July, ‘Spirit of Ahab’ a 6.5 metre ocean rowing boat arrived St Katharine Docks Marina. Setting off on Sunday 20th, ‘In Sight of Shore’ is an expedition that will circumnavigate Britain. Its crew, Andy and Rosalind said “along the way we’ll be getting a “boats-eye view” of the coast and hope to highlight some of the environmental and social challenges facing our shores and, crucially, the people working to solve them. We’ll be interviewing people who work on projects around the coast finding out about their work and how people can help.”
