St. Katharine Docks – A Safe Haven

Unitrust, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, has opened two Safe Havens at St. Katharine Docks.

St Katharine Docks is a high footfall area sitting beside some of London’s most iconic landmarks – including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the River Thames. It is vibrant, bustling site, home to a busy marina, offices, shops, restaurants, residential flats and a university campus, attracting a high volume of tourists, workers, residents and students every day.
The new Safe Havens form part of a growing London-wide initiative developed by the Safer Business Network and supported by both the City of London Police and Metropolitan Police]. These designated areas provide a secure refuge for anyone feeling unsafe or vulnerable – particularly women and girls – offering access to phone charging, water, restroom facilities, and trained staff who can offer help or contact emergency services.

Each Safe Haven is carefully set up with DBS-checked personnel and operates under strict guidelines to ensure the highest standards of safety and support.
