Calling all wannabe explorers and adventurers. Between the 7th-9th November you can take a look around a round the world Clipper 70 race yacht at St Katharine Docks Marina. It is one of the ten stripped down ocean racing yachts to set off on a 40,000nm race around the world.

Described as one of the ‘biggest challenges of the natural world and an endurance test like no other’, The Clipper Round the World Race is seeking out new crew members. Divided into eight legs and up to 16 individual stages, over 700 Race Crew, representing over 50 nations and from all walks of life, are set to complete the full circumnavigation or select individual legs. Clipper Yacht ‘Ha Long Bay‘  will be arriving at SKD Marina on 5th November and, whilst it is berthed in the historic centre basin, it will be offering free entry bookable tours 7th-9th, hosted by Clipper Race crew, available via Eventbrite.
