Join us on Thursday 19 November as St Katharine Docks welcomes the festive season with a free evening of Christmas celebrations on our Marble Quay space.

Arrive from 5pm to explore our Christmas Market, which finds a new home on Marble Quay, right in front of the historic Dickens Inn. Browse festive stalls for unique gifts and seasonal treats, grab a hot drink or something delicious to eat from our waterside favourites, and soak up the cosy, village-style atmosphere as the Docks gets ready for Christmas. The evening’s entertainment begins with live Christmas music from St Kat’s Sessions, featuring artists who brought the programme throughout this year to life, alongside a festive singalong to get everyone into the spirit.

At 6pm, the Yeomen Warders of the Tower of London will make a special appearance, bringing a touch of historic London to our waterfront celebrations. There’s plenty for families to enjoy too, with Santa arriving from 6.15pm to meet younger visitors, handing out free gifts and pose for Christmas photographs.

The evening reaches its highlight at 6.30pm with the Grand Christmas Light Switch-On. Join Santa, the Yeomen Warders and some of our local neighbours for the countdown as the marina’s maritime-inspired Christmas lights come to life, followed by a festive musical finale.
